About

My journey thus far has shaped my practice with a creative perspective. I’m not your typical, traditional psychologist (though the field of therapy is evolving for the better). I’m authentic (as I believe it’s my duty to be), honest, curious, and probably relatable. Above all, I strive to make therapy a safe space where you can truly be yourself.
I believe that our sessions serve as a microcosm for everything that exists outside the therapy room. That’s why building a trusting, nonjudgmental, and organic therapeutic relationship is key.
After earning my Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts and Psychology, I pursued a Master’s Degree in Clinical Art Therapy and Mental Health Counseling. I then earned my License in Clinical Art Therapy (LCAT). My journey continued as I completed a doctoral program, earning a PhD in Psychology with a specialization in Spirituality, Consciousness, and Integrative Health. This expanded my approach, blending clinical work with metaphysical explorations of the mind, self, and life.
My educational path reflects my deep passion for understanding the human mind, life, and my own experiences. I’m still learning and will always consider myself a student—learning the most from you.
Thank you for trusting me.
